A Soviet Mongolian silver badge "Deputy of the People's Council". The badge is in the form of an enameled flag of the Mongolian People's Republic with the national emblem Soyombo and the inscription. S/N 0046 is engraved on the back. Screwback with a Soviet MINT marking in Russian "MONETNY DVOR".
