This auction includes the estate of Yehuda and Ruth Horm. Yehuda Horm was the first ambassador to Korea, between the years 1969-1973 and head of the diplomatic mission to renew relations with Russia. Ruth Horm was an artist and chairman of the artists and sculptors society between the years 1966-1969.
Also featured is a private collection of Israeli art, Russian avant-garde from the estate of Mordechai Perel alongside a private collection of mantel clocks and fine jewelry.

A Magnificent Style Boulle Wood and Ormolu Console Clock by Nicolas Gribelin, France, Late 17th Early 18th Century
The clock with a round face ornately decorated with scrolls in relief and with large, enamel painted, Roman numerals beneath an elaborate, gilt relief of scrolls. Housed in a rectangular case with a hinged, glass door. The case decorated throughout with tortoise-lining featuring gilt marketer work of scrolls. The corners and finials mounted with ormolu garlands and rosettes. Raised on four supports and topped by a gilt, sculptural puttie. Signed "Gribelin a Paris".
