Details: Front: In French: "ARRONDISSEMENT QUETE POUR LES PAUVRES", which means: "Collecting donations for the poor in the district". Indicates that the medal was intended to mark charitable or philanthropic activities.
The inscription: "À M. ANDRILLAT", the name of a person who received the medal in recognition of his activities for the needy.
