The Kabbalist Rabbi David Moshe Medina - rabbi and Kabbalist in Safed, Jerusalem, and Salonika, printed his books there. In his introduction to his book "Ruach David" tells about the events of his life in the Land of Israel. He also wrote a book Nefesh David in Constantinople.In 1747 appeared on a mission to Salonika.
