Documents folder containing birth registration certificates of Berko Wierzba, sons of Abraham and Chana Sara Zaklikowsky, born December 28, 1934. Prepared by the Civil Registry official of the synagogue district of Sokolow, Lublin. Testimony and details about the child for the purpose of emigrating with his parents to Argentina. The first documents in the are official documents signed in Berlin in 1934, and the second part in the folder contain official documents signed in Argentina in October 1945. Polish and Spanish.
The certificate provides family details, witnesses to registering the child with the official civil registry of Poland, Berko's passport photo, signature of Civil Registry official Staniszewski. The certificate was filled with typewriter and intended to confirm the child's emigration with his family to Argentina. The first part in Polish and the second part in Spanish. The second part of the confirmation contains signatures of the official bodies in Buenos Aires.
