'MiShenichnas Adar' - a single leaf for hanging on a wall
'MiShenichnas Adar' ['When Adar enters'] - a colorful leaf for hang on the wall in honor of the month of Adar and Purim.
'MiShenichnas Adar marbin Beshimcha", Untitled publisher and printer. It was customary in synagogues in several European countries to hang such pictures on the wall from the beginning of the month of Adar. In the center is a table set at the Purim meal and the words of the verse from the Book of Esther (9, 18): "ועשה אותו יום משתה ושמחה... יום טוב...". Paintings of the Book of Esther, Memory for MaChatzit HaShekel, lions and fish, Mishloach Manot and gifts to the needy. Frame decorated with leaves and flowers.
35X50 cm. Slight folding marks at the bottom of the poster. Good - very good condition.
