Ruby and Diamond Ring. This is a certified and appraised 14K yellow gold custom made composite corundum ruby and natural diamond ring. The 3.48 carats of glass-filled rubies are a dark, even red color. They are accented by 1.06 carats of round, brilliant-cut G/H, SI3/I diamonds. The ring is US size 7 and weighs 7.2 grams (approximately 4.8dtw). The delightful hourglass design will brighten your day!
