Rabbi Yissachar Dov Ber of Zlotchov was a disciple of the Maggid of Mezeritch and a friend and close relative of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev. Rabbi Yissachar came to Eretz Yisrael and was buried in Safed, near the grave of the Alshech Hakadosh.
