Letter from Rabbi Moshe Hirsch Fuchs, AB"D of Grosswardein, author of 'Yad Ramah', to Rabbi Yosef Klein (Tshaba)
The letter was sent to Rabbi Yosef Klein, the Av Beis Din of Szerdahely, who was known as Rabbi Yosef Tshaba, with comments on his book, Ahavas Tzion, on Tractate Kesubos.
Rabbi Moshe Hirsch Fuchs, Av Beis Din of Grosswardein (1843-1911) was one of the pillars of rabbinical studies in Hungary, and was a student of the Maharam Schick and the Ksav Sofer. In 1874 he was appointed Av Beis Din in Sered, and in 1882 became Av Beis Din in Grosswardein.
This signed letter is completely in his handwriting. 14.5 X 23 cm. Grosswardein, 1894. Written on both sides. A few creases.
