Descriptions of the Seal :
The Hebrew seal divided into two registers by line, the top register reads : “LALMLH” in Hebrew that translated as "Belong to Elimelech". The Hebrew legend on the second registered is very intriguing but harder to decipher. It can be a short cut name, my suggestion is : "KM ’ZA", translated as "Kamuza" In that case the full inscription can be : "Belong to Elimelech [son of] Kamuza". More research should be done to say it for sure.
The name "Elimelech" is a theophoric name assembled from "Eli" (My God) and "Melech" (King).
The intact complete meaning is : "My God is King". It means that the Authority and the true Ruler is the Divinity and no one else. We can say that the God is the ruler of the world and the owner of this name will be protected by him just like King protect those who loyal to him, in this case the King is omnipotent, so the treat and protection of such King is suitable.
The name Elimelech appears 6 times in Old Testament in the Book of Ruth. The book is named for its central character, a Moabite woman who married the son of a Jewish Elimelech. After the death of her husband, Ruth moved to Judah with her mother-in-law, Naomi, instead of remaining with her own people. Ruth then became the wife of Boaz, a wealthy kinsman of her former husband, and bore Obed, who was the grandfather of King David.
The name Elimelech also appears on Babylonian Talmud related to Ban on leaving the country Israel, with reference to mentioned story above.
The name Uza also appears in Old Testament (10 times) in the Book of Samuel 2, Chapter 6 : 3; Book of Kings 2, Chapter 21 : 18, 26; Books of Chronicles 1, Chapter 8 : 7; Books of Chronicles 1, Chapter 13 : 7,9,10,11. Book of Ezra, Chapter 2 :49; Book of Nehemiah, Chapter 7: 51.
Kam may be translated as "rise" what makes the overall meaning of the Name KAMUZA : Uza [family] rise.
