RUSSIAN GILT SILVER PETER THE GREAT JEWELRY BOX
A Russian gilt silver jewelry box featuring a mosaic malachite and lapis lazuli covering with a hinge lid decorated with wreaths and flags, with a central profile portrait medallion of the Emperor Peter the Great of Russia, the sides are decorated with wreaths and swags. With a cabochon stone mounted to the lid. Hallmarked with the manufacturer and 84 Russian silver proof marks to the bottom. Weight: 1096 g. Russian Silverware Collectibles.
