A Russian Empire style cigar case made of birch wood. The lid is decorated with guilloche enamel and gilded silver overlays in the form of the initials TH, the overlay in the form of a relief twig is inlaid with diamonds. Marked with 84 silver Russian standard, and other Russian hallmarks.
