Eastern European Jews as a Minority, the book by the jurist Kurt Stilschweig supporting the rights of the Jews that appeared in Germany during the Nazi regime, and presents an antithesis to the dominant opinion even among the German elite. Berlin, 1936

In the book that appeared during the years of Nazi rule, the author tries to present to the world the rights laws of various minorities in Western countries on the basis that Eastern European Jews are an ethnic, religious, social minority and are entitled to the protection of the international community. The author authored many books dealing with the Jewish problem and their rights.

בספר שהופיע בשנות השלטון הנאצי מנסה המחבר להציג בפני העולם את חוקי הזכויות של מיעוטים שונים במדינות המערב על בסיס כך שיהודי מזרח אירופה הם מיעוט אתני, דתי, חברתי וזכאים להגנת הקהילייה הבינלאומית. המחבר חיבר ספרים רבים העוסקים בבעיה היהודית ובזכויותיהם.
