In the book that appeared during the years of Nazi rule, the author tries to present to the world the rights laws of various minorities in Western countries on the basis that Eastern European Jews are an ethnic, religious, social minority and are entitled to the protection of the international community. The author authored many books dealing with the Jewish problem and their rights.
