On the forzatz page are written in handwriting the beginnings of chapters for prayers "that are done at home on the death of a great man". Short drawings on the next page, as well as on one of the pages of the book.

On the cover of the book is an ancient ownership stamp: G F. These letters appear in other places in the book.

Along the pages of the book are several handwritten kabbalistic glosses.

Good condition, mostly clean and beautiful pages. On the spine engraved in gold: Sha'arei Zion. Scuffs on the box and cover. Slightly loose cover.

בשער הספר חותמת בעלות עתיקה: G F. אותיות אלו מופיעות במקומות נוספים בספר.

לאורך דפי הספר מספר הגהות קבליות בכתב יד.
