Between the pages of the book are glosses and comments from several different writers. From the content of the comments it is evident that it was written by great scholars. In the tefillin laws there are handwritten markings which may have been marked for the purpose of writing a book, it has not been studied in depth.

Medium condition. Visible wear on the pages. Not many moth holes. Tears in some pages with little flaw. Wear to the edges of the pages slightly affecting the text on many of the pages. spots. not bound.

בין דפי הספר הגהות והערות מכמה כותבים שונים. מתוכן ההערות ניכר שבכתבו בידי תלמידי חכמים רבי מעלה. בהלכות תפילין ישנם סימונים בכתב יד אשר יתכן וסומנו לצורך כתיבת ספר, לא נחקר לעומק.

צ"ל שיד [7] דף. ישנם דפים ה-שי"ד [4] דף ו-4 מדפי המפתחות. חסרים שער ודפים ראשונים ו3 דפים מדפי המפפתחות.

מצב בינוני. בלאי ניכר בדפים. נקבי עש לא רבים. קרעים בהם עם חסרון מועט. בלאי בקצוות הדפים הפוגע מעט בטקסט בהרבה מהדפים. כתמים. לא כרוך.
