The Mashgiach Rav Elyah Dushnitzer's Personal Kabbalistic Tehillim

"When he passed away, the author of Chazon Ish said about him that he was one of the generation's thirty-six [hidden] tzaddikim" (the gaon Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky)

Sefer Tehillim with the Etz HaD'a'at Tov Kabbalistic commentary by Rabbi Chaim Vital, "Which Hashem Himself brought to the hands of the author, " and the Rebbe of Gur's Sefat Emet commentary. Personal and sacred copy through which the renowned tzaddik, Rabbi Elyah Dushnitzer, mashgiach of the yeshivahs in Radin, Slobodka and Łomża, would pour out his deepest feelings. Rabbi Elyah Dushnitzer was one of the tzaddikim summoned by the Chafetz Chaim for the minyan to remove the well-known dybbuk. Pietrkov, 1926.

The front flyleaf displays the owner's signature of the gaon and tzaddik Rabbi Eliyahu HaKohen Dushnitzer: 'B"H, Dushnitzer'; and the back flyleaf bears his complete signature, "Elya' Ka"tz Dushnitzer." The sefer was printed on high-quality, thick paper [hence the rare complete preservation of a Tehillim], yet the sefer is "soaked in prayers" and its leaves are completely full of the mashgiach's sacred usage marks and tear stains.

142 leaves. 23.5 cm.

Fine condition. Sacred usage marks on each and every leaf. Large tear, taped. Staple mark used to mark a specific chapter. Slight tears in the margins of both flyleaves. Original binding, partially detached, with blemishes.
