Complete set of Talmud Yerushalmi, with commentaries. Printed by the sacred brothers Rabbi Lipa and Rabbi Yehoshua Heschel Shapira. Zhitomir, 1860-1867. Four parts in three volumes. Personal Sha"s that belonged to the gaon Rabbi Yisrael Meir Friemann,  av beit din of Ostrova and son-in-law of the Aruch LaNer. Stamps, many impressive handwritten glosses.

Magnificent pedigree copy of the Yerushalmi printed at the press of the sacred brothers Rabbi Lipa and Rabbi Yehoshua Heschel Shapira, grandsons of the sacred Rabbi Moshe of Slavuta. This magnificent printing took approximately eight years. Overall very fine condition. Minimal aging stains and adhesions. Marbleized paper binding, slightly blemished.

This personal Sha"s-Yerushalmi set that belonged to the gaon Rabbi Yisrael Meir Friemann,  av beit din of the cities of Filehne Ostrova and son-in-law of the Aruch LaNer. All the title pages of all volumes bear stamps that attribute the sefarim to his possession. And along the sheets are his handwritten scholarly glosses, primarily on Sedarim Moed, Nashim and Nezikin, in which there are many dozen scholarly glosses,  including some extremely lengthy glosses.
