Mizrach, Impressive Color Lithograph by Moshe Ben Yitzchak Mizrachi, Jerusalem 1926

Moshe Ben Yitzchak Mizrachi (Shah) (1870? -1940) became famous as a Jerusalemite artist. He was born in Teheran, apparently before 1870, and immigrated to Israel in 1890. He opened a religious art workshop in the Land, where he earned his fame. The nickname Shah was given to him due to his prowess in Chess.
