Sefer Malbushei Yom Tov - responsa and various studies on topics in Even HaEzer and Choshen Mishpat, by the gaon hageonim Rabbi Yom Tov Lipman HaKohen, av beit din of Mir, known by the name of this sefer, as Ba'al HaMalbushei Yom Tov, which earned him eternal renown. Vilna, 1881. First edition.
Beautiful handwritten author's dedication on the back of the jacket cover. The sefer was given to the gaon Rabbi Chaim Meyer Noach [Levi], av beit din of Stoptz, son-in-law of Rabbi Eliezer Yitzchak Fried, who served as maggid meisharim and moreh tzeddek in Vilna, and as av beit din in Stoptz, Moscow and Volozhin.
