Sefer Shevet MiYehudah - Chassidic ma'amarim by the Admo"r Rabbi Avraham Eiger. Part I. Lublin, 1922. First edition, very rare. To the best of our knowledge, this sefer has never been offered at auction.
Printed with no mention of the author. The author's son, the Admo"r Rabbi Alter Azriel Meir Eiger of Lublin, who published the sefer, omitted the author's name by direct instruction. Even in the foreword he wrote, he did not explicitly state his father's name. Part II was only printed in 1938, and by that time, the author's name was already written explicitly. In his introduction here, the author's son writes that the title of the sefer, Shevet MiYehudah, is the express will of his father, who wanted this title in memory of his father [none other than the Rebbe Rabbi Leibeleh Eiger of Lublin].
This first part here is especially rare. The National Library catalog states that they cataloged it according to Part II, which was printed in 1938. The editors of the new 2003 edition did not see the title page of this first part.
