'A terrible tragedy considering the current situation in Russia '
Urgent letter from the gaon Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen Kook to the leaders of the Jewish Agency with an urgent request to arrange Brachah Levitzky's aliyah permit. She was a daughter of Rabbi Ya'akov Levitsky, the av beit din of Olevsk, and this delay was also impeding her father's aliyah.
