Halachic Discussion by Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Meizlish - 1973

Scholarly leaves in the handwriting and with the signature of Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Meizlish - Between Rosh HaShana and Yom Kippur 1973.

Deep halachic discussion on the laws of impurity and purity, which he wrote to the Av Beit Din of Helmits [in which he refers to him as: "Glory of the holy, singular in our generation in holy work and dedication to the purity of Israel ..."] The gaon responds to the Av Beit Din of Helmits in his book on tractate Mikvaot on the laws of a loaf that has become impure, and discusses the words of the tzaddik of Pupa, R"AB. He presents ideas in the name of his grandfather, the Divrei Chaim, discusses the responsa of Rabbi Shmuel of Radomyśl, Chiddushei Mahari"ch and more. His signature is in the margin.
