A draft of a eulogy [on official paper] in the handwriting of Rabbi Michel Yehuda Lefkowitz.
Rabbi Lefkowitz wrote several paragraphs according to different sources and various things which he planned to say when eulogizing the deceased. The mitzva of reciting the Shema - what is considered a lack of accepting the yoke of Heaven, the one hundred blessings a person must bless daily, 'Beloved are the Jewish people that God surrounded them with commandments', 'Cling to mussar do not let go' [for if one does not cling, why is he alive - Vilna Gaon], 'the glory of God is your strength', things in the name of the Rosh and the Tur - 'anyone who asks for mercy has merit', 'God has nothing in his world apart from fear of Heaven', 'God made man honest' and things about the deceased who was extremely honest, the prayers of one who is humble are accepted, the deceased was 'a pious person has been lost from the land'.
