Marc Chagall by B. Aronson, translated into Yiddish by Ben Baruch, Berlin, 1924. Book about the works of the great artist Marc Chagall with picture plates of his creations. The endpaper is inscribed by art expert Mordechai Narkis.
Mordechai Narkis [1898-1957] was an administrator of the "Bezalel" school of art from 1925. He studied many Jewish artists such as Boris Schatz, Maurycy Gottlieb, Marc Chagall and others.
31 pages. Very fine condition.
