Seder HaTamid Part II, with prayers for Shabbat and festivals, Pirkei Avot, rhymes and hymns, per the custom of the sacred four communities ... [communities in France] in Vigishin(?) district: Carpentras, Avignon, L’Isleuah(?) and Cavaillon. The siddur was arranged by Rabbi Eliyahu Carmi. Avignon, France. 1767.


Especially important sefer of the customs in the communities in the South of France, remnants of the texts of the ancient communities.

Rare book. Only five Hebrew books were printed in Avignon in the 18th-19th centuries.


[1], 228; 33 [should be: 34] leaf. 17.5 cm.

Fine condition. Usage marks and stains. Light tears and minimal wear in the margins of some of the leaves. Tear (without lack) on leaf 128 with remains of an acidic sticker. Original leather binding. Chafing and wear. New stickers on the spine with the siddur's details.
