On the title page: "Five thousand two hundred and ninety-eight years from the Creation of the world." The colophon states, "Completed on Friday, 13 Sivan, five thousand two hundred and ninety-nine years from the Creation of the world." The book opens with an introduction by Rabbi Moshe Almosnino, author of Tefillah L'Moshe.
