Handwritten manuscript with insights on various Talmudic topics. Clear and orderly Ashkenazi script, according to our estimation, it was written in Hungary, in the early 1840s.


Complete work from beginning to end. Beginning from the title page: "Torah novellae I wrote from 'Shh"k L'Beit HaLevi' continuing through the index leaves. The vast majority of this work is on Sha"s per the order of the Tractates as appears in the indices, with several leaves on the Tana"ch at the beginning (Melachim, Kohelet, Parashat Ekev, Tehillim, Shmuel and others). Page 1a (The beginning of the part on the Talmud) bear the author's signature: "Moshe Weiss."
