"Clarification" and other documents for an important psak din with respect to the most historic, senior and prominent religious institution in Petach Tikvah, "Yeshivat Lomza." The yeshivah counts among its students many gedolei hador, led by Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky ztz"l and the rosh yeshivah, Rabbi Yerachmiel Gershon Edelstein. Two of the leading rashei yeshivah of the previous generation signed on this psak din: The gaon Rabbi Elazar Menachem Mann Shach and the great gaon Rabbi Shmuel Rozovsky, when they sat as dayanim (together with dayan Rabbi Shlomo Tenna). The rashei hayeshivot were called to this matter due to its special importance. There is no other incident or case known when these prominent personalities sat as dayanim.

Refer to the Hebrew catalog text for a more detailed discussion of the case of the Beit Hamburger building, including a list of the attached documents, and brief biographies of the gaon Rabbi Elazar Menachem Mann Shach, Rabbi Shmuel Rozovsky, and Rabbi Shlomo Tenna.
