Mekitz Nirdamim. Piotrkow, 1904. With Author's Dedication

"The book Mekitz Nirdamim, which will awaken to open eyes about the misfortunes of the time and its deficiencies and will express his opinion in councils and a correct opinion to heal its ruins," compiled by Yaakov Gutman HaLevi, letters from Rabbi Menachem Mendel Chaim [Landau] Av Beit Din of Nowy Dwór. Piotrkow, 1904.

Dedication in the author's handwriting to Rabbi Meir Bar Ilan on the title page. In the book, the author expresses his opinion regarding the actions required to strengthen the Torah and Jewish education, after his opinions were not supported in the conference of rabbis in Krakow in 1903. The book has many approbations, including an approbation from the Aderet, the author of the responsa Divrei Malkiel, Rabbi Chaim Berlin and Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook.
