Moshia Chosim. Kabbalistic Work on Being Saved from a Deathly Plague. Venice, 1587. Rare Only Edition

Sefer Moshia Chosim - a small drush that includes a cure for the plague, Heaven forbid, with the secret of depositing worlds by the youth Avraham Yagel... with the Pitum HaKetoret service according to what was established by the unique Kabbalist of his generation, Rabbi Yehosef [ibn Shraga] Marzinti zlh"h. Venice, Juan di Gara Press. 1587. Only edition.

The work was written following a deathly plague that occurred in Mantua.

Refer to the Hebrew catalog text for a brief biography of the author, Rabbi Avraham Yagel.

It concludes with Pitum HaKetoret to stop the plague using Kabbalah, by Kabbalist Rabbi Yehosef ibn Shraga of Marzinti, an early Spanish Kabbalist who moved to Italy and passed away in 1609.

35 leaf, 13 cm.

Fine condition. Aging stains. A slight flaw in the last pages (with a slight damage to the text), artistically restored. New semi-leather binding.
