Psak beit din, typewritten, dated Kislev,1875. Signed by Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi Wosner and other members of his beit din. In this psak, Rabbi Wosner's beit din declare that the rumors regarding the Shabbat desecration involved in the printing of the Talmud published by Rabbi Yitzchak Greenwald are false, all his workers are Shabbat observant, "Therefore, we, our brethren...can purchase the Talmud...without any worry or hesitation at all..."
Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi Wosner [1913-2015] was Rosh Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin in Bnei Brak and a foremost posek of our generation.
