The list starts with a delineation of the members of the [provisional] government [Mr. David Ben Gurion, Prime Minister and Minister of Defense; Mr. Moses Shertok, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Rabbi Yehuda Leib HaKohen Fishman, Minister of Religious Affairs and War Victims, and more]. It also features a detailed list of the names of the different governmental offices, including those active during the construction of the provisional government: Office for war victims, office of minorities, and more. Detailed list of positions, including interesting positions such as: Mr. Datz Saprir, guardian of abandoned property; Mr. Z. Vitalis, guardian of enemy property; Dr. T. Garushka, administrator of socialized medicine and medical services for immigrants; Rabbi Yaakov Herzog, administrator of the department for Christian factions [!]; Mr. Moshe Aram, administrator of the department for improving relations between the minorities and Jews, and more.
