Four Letters from the Gaon Rabbi Eliyahu Aharon Milevsky, Av Beit Din in Tel Aviv

R' Eliyahu Aharon was born in 1860 in Latvia to a rabbinic family. He was a primary disciple of the Netzi"v of Volzhin. In 1892, he was appointed rabbi of Griva. He published two volumes of his responses in 1909, calling them Ohalei Aharon. In 1912, he was appointed rabbi of the renowned city of Charkov.

He ascended to the Land and settled in Tel Aviv in 1928. He served there as a rabbi and dayan until his passing in 1947.

Rabbi Tukachinsky's collection of his letters teaches us about their close connection, their meetings and exchanges of information. Including the envelopes.
