Written in a question and answer format. Features the tenets of faith and mitzvot. German with many Hebrew quotes and verses (with German translation). The author was a prominent Torah scholar who had a close relationship with Rabbi Akiva Eiger and corresponded with him. "Iggrot Sofrim" features a lengthy letter from Rabbi Akiva Eiger to the author (letter 18).
Original, used binding. Minimal stains. Fine-very fine condition.
