Comprehensive album of the activities of the National Council for Accident Prevention dedicated to President Zalman Shazar upon the 20th Anniversary of the State of Israel, at the ceremony for the "careful driver" competition. The "Careful Driver" competition took place since 1952. In 1967, 88,200 of the 96,500 participating drivers earned the "careful driver" title. Jerusalem, May 1968.
The first leaf features a printed dedication to the president of Israel, Zalman Shazar. He was the patron of the council's activities.
The album features the council's many promotional campaigns for accident prevention. Leaflets: "How to be a careful driver", "Vacation Arrives together with Danger", "Prevent Vehicular Accidents", "Driving in Darkness Day and Night" etc. Statistics, the council's financial report for 1967. Stamps. Photos of security patrols.
