Psak Din signed by Rabbi Moshe Yechezkel HaLevi, Zlotvi. [1758]
Psak din by av"d of Zlotvi [זלאטווי], Rabbi Moshe Yitzchak son of Yechezkel HaLevi, with his signatures and that of his beit din, Zlotvi-Posen 1758.
[2] leaves, 19.5 cm. Two written pages, signatures, and two official stamps.
The psak din relates to R' Yuzpe Parnes and the Friedland community which did not appear at the din Torah that took place in neighboring Jastrowie. Signed by the av"d Rabbi Moshe Yitzchak and the dayanim Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Kalish and Rabbi Meir Babad. With the official signature of R' Yitzchak...of Lissa. Rabbi Moshe Yitzchak HaLevi z"l was the av"d of Zlotvi, a proficient scholar and a pure righteous person who was an expert in both revealed and hidden aspects of the Torah. He was the son of Rav Yechezkel (son-in-law of Yitzchak HaGadol, av"d Posen). His lineage is detailed in the Da'at Kedoshim of Eisenshtat, p. 45, with interesting information by R' Y. Eibshitz.
Very fine condition.
