Iggerot Ra'aya"h. Dedication from the Author, Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen Kook. Rare.

Iggerot Ra'aya"h - group of letters from Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen Kook, first chief rabbi of the Land of Israel after 2000 years of exile. Jerusalem, 1923. Rare dedication from Rabbi Kook. (It is rare to find books with dedications from Rabbi Kook.) Due to the book's great importance, the recipient bound the book in a semi-leather binding with a gold imprint.

On the title page, there is a dedication from Rabbi Kook signed: "From the author, AYHH [איה"ק" [-א'ברהם י'צחק ה'כהן ק'וק. The book was given to Rabbi Chaim Aharon David Sobol of Jerusalem, son of Rabbi Moshe Shimon Sobol, known as "The rabbi, the carpenter" and author of the book Ta'ir Neri. Rabbi Chaim Aharon David studied at Rabbi Kook's yeshivah, and would constantly relate what he heard from his teacher. He passed away in 1998.

Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen Kook [1865-1935], was the leader of Religious Zionism, an adjudicator and a Kabbalist. He served as rabbi of Zheimel and Boisk, as rabbi of Jaffa and the colonies, and then as first Ashkenazic rabbi of Jerusalem.
