Compilation of novellae on various topics, entirely in the hand of the gaon Rabbi Moshe HaLevi Koenig, dayan of Kobersdorf. Kobersdorf, 1903.


'The compilation consists of 46 sections, including: Comments, questions (difficulties), and short novellae on various issues with great breadth of knowledge. Page 7b: "Asked by my friend the gaon Rabbi Nathan Nota Kellau, Av Beit Din of Sárbogárd (grandson of the author of Machatzit HaShekel).


Rabbi Moshe HaLevi Koenig [d. 1914] was a dayan in Kobersdorf and primary disciple of leading rabbis of Hungary: the author of  Ktav Sofer, Rabbi Avraham Sha'ag and the Mahar"i Assad. Beginning in 1895, he served as dayan in Kobersdorf, until his passing. He published many novellae in the renowned anthology  VaYelaket Yosef and his novellae and investigative studies earned a name among the greatest scholars of Hungary. Likewise, he authored Torah novellae in the  Torah MiTziyon anthology. [For more, refer to  HeChatam Sofer U'Talmidav p. 525].

Approximately [30] leaves, of which approximately [40] pp are written. 27x21 cm. Entirely in his hand.
Fine condition: On the first leaf, there is a tear along the entire length, almost without lack.
