She'elot U' Teshuvot VeDaber Shalom, by Rabbi Shalom Hadayah.
The reverse of the title page bears a printed dedication by the author, filled out in his hand and with his signature.
The gaon the Kabbalist Rabbi Shalom Hadayah (1862-1945), one of the sages of Aleppo, known as the Elder Kabbalist of Jerusalem, was the rosh yeshivah of the "Beit El" Kabbalists' yeshivah. In 1930, he became the Av Beit Din of the Sephardic communities of Jerusalem. He also authored Seh LeBeit Avot, Shalom LaAm.
