Letter handwritten and signed by the gaon Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank, Ra'ava"d of Jerusalem, to the Rabbi Yechiel Michel Tukachinsky with respect to renting a home for a destitute person.
The gaon Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank [1873-1961], rabbi of Jerusalem, was among the leading adjudicators and rabbis of his generation and successor of Rabbi Shmuel Salant as member of the Beit Din.
