Seder Arba Ta'aniyot. Venice, 1780. With Lamentations that are no Longer Recited
Laws in Ladino at the beginning of the book. With hymns in Ladino, as well as a haftarah for Shacharit of Tisha B'Av with Ladino translation. With 'Tikkun Shabbatot' - lamentations for Shabbats during the Three Weeks. The printer indicated that the custom is to recite them on Shabbats. As is known, in Sephardic communities it was customary to recite these lamentations on Shabbats, and this was cancelled. Here, in this book before us, these lamentations are still printed, yet with a note that it is not customary to recite them. With two lamentations from Constantinople "that are customarily recited in that city."
