Highlights include a 1941 Steinway Model S baby grand piano, a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Superlative Chronometer watch, a Schafer Brothers chesterfield, and a Paul Evans Patchwork box. The large selection of artwork features a collection of drawings by Frank Vincent Dumond, several pieces by Daniel Maffia, an oil painting by Maurice Louvrier and a Francisco Zuniga lithograph. Pen & ink and pencil drawing on paper, Napoleon III. Signed center left A. L'Ami Delaroche, P. Briffaut 1894. Sheet 8 5/8" x 6 7/8" (with mat 18" x 14"). Paper glued to smaller cardboard mount, pinholes to corners, tears to edges of paper, discoloration and mat burn to paper, staining and discoloration to mat, smaller mount not attached to mat.
