בדף המגן חותמת וחתימת בעלות בכת"י - של רבי מנחם נחום רבינוביץ זצ"ל, האדמו"ר מקנטקוזבה, חתנו של האדמו"ר ר' יוסף מקוידנוב זצ"ל. היה דיין בחיפה עד לפטירתו בשנת תשי"ט. נכדו הוא ר' מרדכי רבינוביץ ראש ישיבות אור ישראל.
כריכה מנותקת (האחורית חסרה) וכן מספר דפים מנותקים. מצב; בינוני - טוב.
