Sefer Tashbetz, the responsa of the Maharam of Rotenberg during his time in prison, was recorded by his disciple Rabbi Shimshon Bar Zadok. Warsaw, 1875.
On the cover of the book is a stamp: "Yosef Tzvi Kalish, Biala Seid Gab".
Rabbi Yosef Tzvi Kalish, Admor of Chernovtsy (1887-1917), of the Vorka dynasty, son-in-law of Rebbe Ya'akov Yitzchak of Biala. He served as Av Beit Din in the city of Karatsov, where he was called to serve as the first rabbi of Bnei Brak by the followers of Skarniewicz, led by Rabbi Yitzchak Gerstenkorn, the city's founder.
