רבי שלמה אלקבץ (ר"ס - של"ו) נודע כמחבר הפיוט "לכה דודי", ולפנינו המהדורה שהדפיס בחייו.
חתימות בעלים: חיים דוד שמואל עמאר, חזקיהו אשכנזי. דוד מאשטרו. מאחורי השער כיתוב ארוך עתיק, וחתימה.
צו - 96 דף, 19 ס"מ.
כריכת קלף עתיקה.
כללית מצב טוב. פגמים עם חסרון קל בטקסט בדפים אחדים בהתחלה. כתמי זמן. נקבי עש זעירים בדפים אחרונים.
