חיבור הלכתי גדול מאת רבי משה מאג'אר מחכמי ירושלים וטבריה.

עם הסכמת רבני ליוורנו.

המחבר מחכמי טבריה היה שד"ר טבריה בצפון אפריקה, ומשם נסע לליוורנו להדפיס את הספר. בשובות לארץ התגורר בירושלים והיה חבר בבית הדין של הראשון לציון רבי שלמה משה סוזין.

את הספר הקדיש לבנו שמת במגיפת הדבר, כפי שהוא מאריך בהקדמה.

חתימת בעלים: לי למקנה לקרות בו אני וזרעי וזרע זרעי כיר"א ראובן פינטו ס"ט.
