המחבר חיבר את הספר בצעירותו, עם הסכמות נלהבות מרבי אברהם כהנא שפירא ורבי משה מרדכי עפשטיין.
עם הקדשת המחבר.
הגאון רבי יעקב יצחק הלוי רודרמן [תר"ס-תשמ"ז] תלמידו של הסבא מסלבודקא, מייסד וראש ישיבת נר ישראל בבולטימור, ארה"ב, וחבר מועצת גדולי התורה של אגודת ישראל בארצות הברית.
