עם הסכמה מרבי יוסף שאול נתנזון שאף הוסיף הערה, הסכמת רבי ירמיה לעוו, ועוד.
המחבר רבי אהרן פריד אב"ד בוסערמין (תקע"ג-תרנ"א), חתנו ותלמידו של רבי אלעזר לעוו בעל "שמן רוקח". בבחרותו למד בישיבת החתם סופר בפרשסבורג, שהעריכו מאד וביקשו לחזור על השיעורים עם בנו הבחור אברהם שמואל בנימין (בעל ה"כתב סופר").
