רבי יצחק אדרבי - נחשב לאחד מגדולי הפוסקים במאה ה-16 ושאלות הלכתיות נשלחו אליו מרחבי הבלקן. הוא היה ידידו ועמיתו של רבי שמואל די מדינה – מהרשד"ם, ובתי הדין של שניהם היו מן החשובים ביותר בסלוניקי.
